18" PERFECTO FEED LINE

This used 18" Perfecto Feed Line offers efficient coil processing with well-maintained features designed for handling mild steel. It includes a Stock Straightener Model 38-18-21, facilitating material straightening with a thickness range from .035" up to .625" for mild steel, and is capable of correcting flatness within .004" T.I.R. over an 18" square. The straightener operates at speeds of 5-30 feet per minute, supports a max coil weight of 8,000 pounds per side, and accommodates coil widths between 3" and 18". The equipment is designed with 21 straightening rolls, each measuring 18.5" face by 3.81" diameter, set on 4" centers for efficient material processing. The system is powered at 460 VAC, 3-phase, 60Hz, ensuring robust operational performance. A Double End Pull Off Reel (Model RD 8-18B) enhances functionality, providing mandrel expansion from 16" to 20" and accommodating coil diameters ranging from 36" to 60". Additionally, the threading table (Model TT-1830) supports material widths up to 18" and lengths of 15'. This feed line operates in a left-to-right direction, with a pass line height set at 60 inches above the floor, optimizing material flow for industrial applications with hydraulic assist powered by a reel pump for ease of use.
