The COE 36" x .090" x 10,000 LB Feed Line is a high-performance industrial equipment unit designed for precision material handling. This feed line features a 2017 AC servo drive with a digital roll feed system, providing efficient processing of pre-straightened MCRS materials. It accommodates a material width of up to 36 inches, with a thickness range of .010 to .187 inches. The feed direction is from left to right, and it operates on a 480V supply, with a maximum speed of 312 feet per minute and an acceleration rate of 36 feet per second squared. The feed line includes a free-standing power straightener updated in 2019, equipped with a 7-roll, 3" diameter design that supports a wide range of material thicknesses. Additionally, the line is fitted with an air-operated threading table, featuring an adjustable passline and a single-sided table based on a 10-foot loop. This component makes thread management more straightforward and efficient. A 1998 coil reel for pull-off operations is integrated, supporting a maximum coil weight of 10,000 pounds and a coil width of 36 inches. It has a mandrel expansion range of 18 to 23 inches and can handle coils with an outer diameter of up to 72 inches. This feed line provides robust performance for industrial applications requiring precise material handling and is finished in a distinctive Minster Green.
