Capable of managing coils up to 12,000 pounds in weight and 18 inches in width, it accommodates diverse coil dimensions with outer diameters ranging from 42 inches to 72 inches and inner diameters between 20 inches and 24 inches. Additionally, the feed line processes material thickness efficiently, supporting a maximum stock thickness of 0.125 inches for 18-inch-wide stock and up to 0.156 inches for 6-inch-wide stock. It ensures steady material handling with pinch rolls of two pairs at 4.25 inches in diameter and seven straightening rolls measuring 3 inches in diameter. The equipment is driven by a 10 HP variable frequency speed motor and allows adjustable payout speeds from 20 to 100 feet per minute, making it versatile for different processing speeds and requirements.
